Youth In Transition
Worker Program
- Helping youth between ages of 16-24 who are transitioning from CAS care
- Assist with accessing opportunities to programs and services
- Offers support in the areas of education, employment, financial assistance, health and nutrition, housing, legal issues, life skills, and mental health and addictions

- Activities for families and children up to 6 years old
- Advice from professionals trained in early childhood development
- Information about family services in the community
- Connect with other families with young children
