BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE -full time ASAP

Located in Vankleek Hill (Ontario, CANADA), Emblemtek is a leading North American manufacturer, distributor and service provider of a wide assortment of garment and textile embellishment, identification and branding products. This spectrum includes embroidered and printed emblems; woven emblems and labels; PVC patches; garment and textile transfers; and uniform identification labelling supplies.

We are looking for a dependable, quality-oriented individual to fill the position of BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. The person will be based in our Vankleek Hill, Ontario CANADA facility. The position requires an individual who is able to communicate fluently in both ENGLISH and FRENCH, work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and is able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Some of the duties and responsibilities include:

• Understand product range, specifications, limitations.
• Provide prospective customers with product literature and samples.
• Preparation of quotations and follow-up with customers.
• Order entry processing.
• Interpret customer requirements and provide product knowledge as required.
• Play an active role in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) efforts.
• Initiate regular communications with customers to maintain the relationship and satisfaction levels.
• Maintain and update CRM database.
• Handle customer problems individually and as a team with Customer Service and Management.
• Assist the Sales and Marketing department with projects.

The working schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
