They custom design flavors for a variety of companies including those in the food, beverage, confectionary, baking, pharmaceutical, animal nutrition and health & wellness industries. Over the years the company has expanded  into a multifaceted company. On site there are laboratories, processing areas as well as production line facilities that can service many industries.

Currently seeking a Full Time Bookkeeping and Office Associate to help manage the accounts, prepare financial records, and provide administrative support to the organization’s account department.

Job Duties

• Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and software such as SAGE
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Receiving and recording cash and cheques
• Producing a variety of reports
• Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings
• Managing transactions for cash and cheques with banks
• Interacting with management, customers, and vendors
• Answers phone calls
• Office administrative duties including filing , ordering supplies, updating procedures
• Shipping material
• Customer communications
• Inclusion and participation into HACCP Team
