Customer service agent

The Servitek FOUSSIER team is looking for a new person to fill the position of Customer service agent. Are you dynamic and motivated? Come and join us! The ideal candidate will have management and logistics skills and a desire to contribute to the success of our company.

We have an opening at our warehouse in Alexandria, Ontario.

Permanent contract. Full time.

Key responsabilities

  • Taking and following up orders from telephone calls or from the Outside Sales Representative.
  • Checks inventory, packaging, product references, prices and confirms product availability.
  • Schedules ready-to-collect orders in collaboration with the shipper and customers.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions for missing goods and submit them to the purchasing manager.
  • Draw up quotations and delivery notes.
  • Other related tasks.

Education/training

Degree in sales, administration, or other related field.
