Are you a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant with a knack for front-office management? Join our dynamic team at The Polished Tooth Dental Care, where you’ll play an integral role in providing exceptional dental care while ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
We’re seeking a candidate who combines strong clinical expertise with outstanding administrative and communication skills, along with a genuine passion for patient care. Hours are negotiable for the right candidate, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available starting in the New Year.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage front office operations, scheduling and patient communication ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
· Prepare and assist with clinical dental hygiene procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficient workflows.
· Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment to meet high safety standards while maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
· Maintain accurate patient records and uphold high standards of compliance and confidentiality.
· Provide chairside assistance and patient education to enhance the patient experience.
· Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering positive patient relationships.
Schedule:
· Regular workdays are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
· Hours: 20-32 hours per week
· Flexible hours are negotiable, with both part-time and full-time opportunities starting in the New Year.
Salary: Negotiated based on qualifications and experience. Hourly pay range: $25–$35
