Olymel in Cornwall is hiring for General Labourers 

• Manipulating product on the production line.
• Manually packing goods into bags and boxes or other containers.
• Cleaning work areas and equipment.
• Feeding and unloading processing machines.
• Checking products and packaging for basic quality defects.
• Experience in production is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Good manual dexterity;
• Mature, autonomous, responsible, and dependable;
• Knowledge of GMP’s and HACCP regulations;
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast paced  environment;
• Working in a refrigerated department, 40-45 degrees Fahrenheit (4-7 degrees Celsius); sometimes working in colder areas than 4-7 degrees Celsius.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs (23kg);
• Capable of working in a CO2 environment where employees are not exposed to more than 5,000 ppm of CO2 during an eight (8) hr shift, 
• Capable of working on the production line, standing during the eight (8) hr shift;
• A person who is team-oriented able to multi-task and pay attention to detail.
• Capable to record, write down or input into tablet; pallet tags or different information required for the job.
• Scanning information if asked or required.
