Seaway Valley Music Academy is looking for Piano and Voice Teachers to join our team! We are a new, thriving, and growing music school that needs you! We foster an environment where kids and adults alike feel welcome and excited to learn music.

We need you to:

● Teach private piano lessons – beginner to intermediate levels (advanced teachers also welcome!) weekday afternoons and evenings, with a schedule to suit you.
● Teach private voice lessons – beginner to intermediate levels (advanced teachers also welcome!) weekday afternoons and evenings, with a schedule to suit you.
● Have a love for teaching! We take music education and caring for our clients seriously. It is important to us that while lessons be effective and structured, that they are also fun and engaging.
● Have excellent time management, communication, and organization skills.

Job Type: Part-time (4-12 hours per week), sub-contractor

Position Requirements / Exigences du poste

Requirements:

● B.Music, or College Diploma, or RCM Grade 9 certification in your principal instrument preferred
● Previous teaching experience (at least 1 year preferred)
● Experience working with kids ages 5 years and up
● Successful regular and vulnerable sector Police Check
