Located in Vankleek Hill (Ontario, CANADA), Emblemtek is a leading North American manufacturer, distributor, and service provider of a wide assortment of garment and textile embellishment, identification, and branding products. The Role:
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to fill the position of CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. The role is based within our Vankleek Hill, Ontario (CANADA) facility. The position requires an individual who can communicate fluently in both ENGLISH and FRENCH, work as part of a team in a fast-paced, environment, and can develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.
Role Responsibilities:
Some of the key duties and responsibilities of the role include:
- Understand the range of products, including specifications, formats, and limitations.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to customer emails and inquiries.
- Collaborate with customers within dedicated regions, or across all regions as part of the customer service team coverage framework.
- Provide customers with product literature, samples, forms, and marketing tools.
- Interpret customer requirements and provide product knowledge and guidance as required.
- Work with the Emblemtek graphics team to request approval artwork for customer projects.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers, along with supporting artwork and project documents.
- Follow-up with customers on projects and opportunities.
- Order entry processing, ensuring accuracy of details and pricing.
- Play an active role in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) and customer experience management (CXM) programs.
- Initiate regular communications with customers to maintain relationship and satisfaction levels.
- Maintain and update CRM charts and tasks.
- Manage customer problems individually, and with the support of the Customer Service, Graphics, Production, and Management teams.
- Assist the Sales and Marketing teams with development projects.
Parameters:
- Permanent, full-time role.
- Onsite, office based.
- Working schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with breaks, Monday to Friday.

Position Requirements / Exigences du poste
Qualifications:
- Candidates should have the legal right to work in Canada.
- A post-secondary education diploma from a college, career-college, and/or university.
- The ability to fluidly communicate in English and French, both verbally and in written form.
- Professional and energetic communication and people skills, working as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to perform and manage recurring tasks and timelines with an elevated level of detail.
- Minimum of 3-5 years (or more) of relevant customer service and/or inside sales work experience.
- Possess and demonstrate strong computer skills with a focus on Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of company database and/or ERP systems is a bonus.
- Experience within textiles, imprint, or promotional marketplaces is a bonus.
